Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

 

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

 

Shipping time: 

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination

 

1, Please key in the correct shipping address in English while checking out with Western union and Bank transfer. So that we can ship your order to your address on time.

2, If your home address (habitually receiving address) has been changed, please send email to us in time and tell us your new shipping address, we will ship your order to your address according to your request.
3, Normally, dropshipping order will be shipped out in 1 business day and non-dropshipping order 2 business days.

At Boonsell.com, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

Do I need to send products all the way to China?

European customers can return their products to our European warehouse, US customers can arrange a pickup by UPS at the specified address. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union or United States and rest of the world.

For Boonsell.com , if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. For customized wedding dresses a free lifetime alteration service is available.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 1 month. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
